Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
The short version: we collect what you give us on this site so a real person can call you back and connect you with an attorney. We encrypt it, we don't sell it, and we share it only with the attorney handling your inquiry and the service providers who make our system run.
Who we are
Elite Injury Group ("we," "us") operates eliteinjurygroup.com and the (844) 913-5483 help line. We are an attorney-connection service, not a law firm. You can reach us at info@eliteinjurygroup.com.
What we collect
- What you submit: your name, phone number, the state where your accident happened, what kind of accident it was, when it happened, and anything you choose to tell us about it.
- When you call or text: your phone number, the time of the call or message, and what you tell our intake team.
- Technical basics: our web server keeps short-lived, privacy-reduced records (a one-way daily hash of your connection address) used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
How we protect it
Form submissions are encrypted in your browser's session the moment they reach our server, using a key our web host does not possess, and are moved into our private intake system — typically within one minute — after which they are deleted from the web server. Inside our intake system, your information is available only to our team and is used only for your inquiry.
How we use it
- To call and, with your consent, text you back about your inquiry.
- To understand your situation and match you with an appropriate independent attorney.
- To keep basic records of how inquiries were handled.
Who we share it with
- The attorney or law firm we connect you with, so they can evaluate and, if you choose, take your case.
- Service providers that run our infrastructure (web hosting, telephone and messaging services, secure data processing), bound to use it only to provide those services.
- Nobody else. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with marketers or data brokers.
Calls and text messages (SMS)
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that Elite Injury Group may call and text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies with your inquiry (typically a few messages). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop contacting you entirely by calling (844) 913-5483 or emailing info@eliteinjurygroup.com. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our legal and business obligations, and we delete or de-identify them after that. Submissions abandoned on the web server are automatically purged within 72 hours.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about your inquiry, correct it, or delete it, and we will honor the request unless we are legally required to keep it. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of which state you live in. Contact info@eliteinjurygroup.com.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian should contact us on a minor's behalf.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
