What Elite Injury Group is — and is not
Elite Injury Group is an attorney-connection (referral/marketing) service. We listen to what happened to you and introduce you to an independent attorney or law firm that handles matters like yours in your state.
- We are not a law firm and are not licensed to practice law.
- We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or case evaluations.
- No attorney-client relationship is formed with Elite Injury Group at any point. Any attorney-client relationship is formed only with the attorney you choose to retain, under that attorney's own terms.
- Attorneys in our network are independent professionals. We do not control their work and are not responsible for the outcome of any case.
Cost
Our service is free to consumers. Attorneys in our network typically work on a contingency basis — meaning no attorney fee unless they recover for you — but each attorney's exact terms are their own, and will be presented to you in writing before you retain them. Elite Injury Group may be compensated by attorneys or marketing partners for connections or advertising services, which never changes what you pay: nothing.
No guarantee; time limits are real
We cannot guarantee that any attorney will take your case, or any particular result. Legal claims are subject to strict filing deadlines (statutes of limitations) that vary by state and case type; only a licensed attorney can tell you your deadline. Do not delay seeking counsel. Prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Injury Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
